ATUM restaurant in Hong Kong only offers desserts. Opened in 2014, it is one of a number of high-end places geared towards those with a sweet tooth. They are creating a dessert they hope will catch the eye as well as tastebuds.
“The food culture in Hong Kong is pretty different. It’s very trendy. Nowadays it’s pretty // picture oriented, like people they like to take picture before they start the meal, so we have to focus on the presentation and taste as well.”, says Jason Ho, co-founder of dessert restaurant Atum.
